Slide Preach

Terms of Service

Effective 18 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-18

The short version

  • Slide Preach uses AI to help you write and draw. AI can be wrong. Check every verse, quotation, fact and picture before you preach, teach, print or share it.
  • What you write is yours. We use it only to run Slide Preach for you.
  • Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel. Cancel any time under Manage billing. We do not refund part-months (see the Refund Policy).
  • Slide Preach is provided as it is. Our responsibility to you is limited, as set out in sections 15 and 16.

This summary is not the agreement. The full terms below are.

1. Who we are and this agreement

Slide Preach (slidepreach.com, including Visual Preach) is provided by Muraworks LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and us.

You accept these Terms when you create an account, tick the box to agree, start a plan or trial, enter a plan code, or use Slide Preach. If you do not agree, do not use Slide Preach. If you use Slide Preach for a church, conference, school or other organization, you accept these Terms for yourself, and you confirm that you may act for that organization where you act in its name.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is part of these Terms.

2. Your account

3. What Slide Preach does, and the part AI plays

Slide Preach helps you prepare and present sermons, Bible studies, tracts and series. Some of its writing is produced by an AI language service and its pictures by an AI image service. Those services are run by other companies (see section 14).

AI can be wrong. Output may contain mistaken or invented Scripture references or wording, quotations that are inaccurate or wrongly attributed (including quotations from Ellen G. White or other authors), wrong dates, names or historical facts, statements that do not match Seventh-day Adventist or your own beliefs, and pictures with errors.

You are responsible for reviewing and correcting everything Slide Preach produces before you preach, teach, print, publish, post or share it. Output is a draft to help your own preparation. It is not professional, legal, medical, financial or pastoral counselling advice, and we do not guarantee that any output is accurate, complete, original, doctrinally sound or suitable for any purpose.

Pictures of people are illustrations made by AI. They are not likenesses of real people, except where Slide Preach shows a portrait taken from a public source such as Wikipedia; those portraits remain under their own licenses and credits.

4. Your content and the output

“Your Content” means what you type, paste, upload or save in Slide Preach, such as notes, sermons, studies and pictures you add. You keep ownership of Your Content.

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, process, display and transmit Your Content, and to send it to the service providers in section 14, only as needed to run, secure and support Slide Preach for you. This license ends when Your Content is deleted from our systems, except for copies we must keep by law or that remain for a short time in backups.

As between you and us, and to the extent we hold any rights in the text, slides and pictures Slide Preach makes for you (“Output”), we assign those rights to you. Output may be similar to output made for other people, and AI-made material may not be protected by copyright. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you put into Slide Preach, and that your use of Output will not break the law or anyone else's rights.

5. Scripture and other published text

Bible translations other than the King James Version are copyrighted by their publishers. Slide Preach shows Scripture for your personal ministry use. When you print, publish or post material that quotes a copyrighted translation, you are responsible for staying within that publisher's permission terms and including any notice it requires. The same applies to quotations from other books and authors.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Slide Preach to:

We may remove material and suspend or close accounts that break these rules (section 13).

7. Live rooms and study links

When you present in a live room, anyone with the room's code or link can see the slides you show and can send answers to questions you ask on screen. Do not put private or sensitive information on slides you present live. Viewers do not need an account, and you are responsible for what you show them.

A Study link you make is a public web page. Anyone with the link can open it and read the study's title and questions, and you are responsible for what it contains. Readers' answers stay on their own device and are not sent to us. The page does not show your name or email address.

8. Plans, trials and payment

9. Conference and group plans

A conference, church or other organization (“Organization”) may buy places for its people on a yearly plan. For those plans:

10. Invite and tester codes

We may give codes for trials, testing or special plans. They are personal unless we say otherwise, may have limits, and may be changed or ended by us at any time.

11. Changes and availability

We are always improving Slide Preach, so features may change, be added or be removed. We will try to give notice before removing a main feature of a paid plan. Slide Preach depends on the internet and on other companies' services, and it may sometimes be slow or unavailable. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

12. Your work, and leaving

While you have an account you can download your slides and documents in the formats the app offers. Keep your own copies of anything important. You can ask us to delete your account and content at any time by writing to slidepreach7@gmail.com. We delete it within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law, such as billing records.

13. Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or close your account, or remove material, if you break these Terms, do not pay, misuse Slide Preach, or put Slide Preach, other people or us at risk, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You may stop using Slide Preach at any time. Sections 4, 5 and 14 to 21 continue after your account ends.

14. Other companies' services

Slide Preach relies on other companies, including Google Firebase (accounts and storage), Netlify (hosting), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI writing), OpenAI (AI pictures and narration), bible-api.com (Bible text) and Wikipedia (portraits). Their own terms apply to their services. We are not responsible for their services, and links to other websites are given for your convenience only.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

SLIDE PREACH AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT SLIDE PREACH WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE KEPT WITHOUT LOSS.

16. Limit of our liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS: (A) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, CONTENT, REPUTATION, GOODWILL, PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO SLIDE PREACH, ANY OUTPUT, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO SLIDE PREACH OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU (OR, FOR A CONFERENCE OR GROUP PLAN, THE ORGANIZATION) PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS (US$50).

Some places do not allow some of these limits. Where that is so, they apply only as far as the law allows.

17. Your responsibility to us

To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us, and anyone working with us, from any claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, from material you present, print, publish or share using Slide Preach, from your use of Slide Preach, or from your breaking these Terms or the law.

18. Settling disagreements

If you have a concern, please write to slidepreach7@gmail.com first. We will try in good faith to settle it with you within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that is not settled informally will be decided only in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you and we consent to those courts. To the extent the law allows, any claim must be brought individually and not as part of a class or representative action, and must be brought within one year after it arose.

19. Copyright complaints

If you believe material in Slide Preach infringes your copyright, write to slidepreach7@gmail.com with: your contact details; a description of the work; where the material is; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own or may act for the owner of the right; and your physical or electronic signature. We will remove infringing material and close the accounts of people who infringe repeatedly.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version and date at the top will change. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email, and we may ask you to agree again before you continue. If you keep using Slide Preach after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
