Refund Policy

1. Who this applies to

Slide Preach (slidepreach.com, including Visual Preach) is provided by Muraworks LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, United States (“we”, “us”). This policy is part of our Terms of Service and explains when a payment is and is not refunded. Payments are handled by Stripe.

2. Monthly plans

• Renewal. A monthly plan is billed in advance and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time under Manage billing in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan, and everything in it, stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• No refunds for part-periods. We do not refund or credit the rest of a month after you cancel, an allowance of pictures or writing you did not use, or a period in which you did not use Slide Preach. Each plan's allowance resets at the start of the calendar month and does not carry over.
• Changing plans. When you move to a larger plan, Stripe charges the difference for the rest of the current period. When you move to a smaller plan, the change takes effect at the next renewal and nothing is refunded.

3. Free trials

• A trial lasts 14 days and needs a card. Nothing is charged during the trial.
• Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
• If you do not cancel, the plan starts when the trial ends and your card is charged for the first month. That first charge is not refunded because you forgot to cancel, so please set a reminder.
• There is one trial per person.

4. Conference and group plans

• An organization pays for its places for the year in advance, by invoice, and those payments are not refunded.
• When someone leaves the organization, their place can pass to the person who replaces them at no extra cost.
• Places added during the year are charged for the months left in that year and are not refunded.
• Where a signed agreement, quote or invoice between us and an organization says something different, that agreement controls for the organization.

5. When we do refund

We refund a payment when:

• We charged you in error — for example you were billed twice for one month, or charged after you had cancelled before the renewal date.
• Slide Preach did not work for you at all, for a reason on our side, and we could not put it right within a reasonable time after you told us.
• The law requires it. Some states and countries give you rights that this policy cannot take away. Where that is so, we honor them.

To ask for a refund, write to slidepreach7@gmail.com from your account's email address within 30 days of the charge, and tell us the date and amount. We answer within 10 days. A refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe, and usually shows within 5 to 10 business days.

6. What is not a reason for a refund

• Not using Slide Preach, or using less of your allowance than you expected.
• Forgetting to cancel before a renewal or the end of a trial.
• A sermon, study, tract, picture or other output you did not like, or that needed correcting. The AI can be wrong, and the Terms of Service ask you to check everything before you use it. Where the app offers to draw or write something again, that is the remedy.
• A problem with your own device, internet connection or browser.
• A change in the pictures or writing the AI services produce, provided Slide Preach itself keeps working as described.

7. Disputed charges

If you believe a charge is wrong, please write to us first. We can usually put it right faster than a card dispute can, and a dispute opened without contacting us may lead us to pause the account while it is looked into.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version and date at the top will change, and a change that affects a plan you already pay for takes effect at your next renewal after we tell you.
