Privacy Policy
Effective 18 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-18
The short version
- We collect what we need to run Slide Preach: your email, the work you make, how much of your plan you use, and your billing status.
- We do not sell your information, show you advertising, or use tracking or analytics tools.
- To write and draw for you, the text you ask about is sent to an AI writing service, and a description of each picture to an AI picture service.
- You can ask us to delete your account and work at any time.
1. Who we are
Slide Preach (slidepreach.com, including Visual Preach) is provided by Muraworks LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, United States (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: slidepreach7@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
Your account
Your email address, and the date you created your account and verified your email. Your password is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. We never see or store it.
The work you make
Sermons, studies, tracts, series, notes and text you type or paste, the slides and pictures made for you, and your Library. We keep these so you can come back to them on any device.
How you use your plan
Your plan, how many pictures and writing units you use each month, any plan code you entered, and where you left off (so another device can continue from the same place). If you join through a conference or group plan, we record which plan you joined, your email and the date. When a plan code is entered, we count the tries for an hour by account and by a coded form of the connection's address, to stop guessing.
Billing
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe tells us your customer and subscription identifiers, your plan, its status and dates, and the email used. To allow only one free trial per person, we keep a coded form of your email address and Stripe's card fingerprint (a code that identifies a card without revealing its number). That record is kept after the trial, so a second trial cannot be started with the same email or card; if a new subscription matches it, the plan starts at once and the first month is charged (see the Terms of Service).
Your agreement to our terms
The version of the Terms of Service and this policy you agreed to, and when.
Live rooms
When you present in a live room, the slides you show are stored so viewers can see them. Viewers do not sign in and are not asked for their name. When someone views, we record a random viewer code and the time, and any answer they send to a question on screen.
Study links
When you make a Study link, the study (its title and questions, with a reference to the sermon it came from) is stored at a public web address so anyone with the link can read it. The page does not show your name or email address. Readers' answers to the questions stay in their own browser and are not sent to us.
On your device
The app saves drafts, settings and a random device code in your browser's local storage, so your work is not lost if a page reloads. This stays on your device. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Technical information
Like any website, our hosting providers receive your IP address and basic information about your browser when you use Slide Preach, and may keep it in short-term logs for security and troubleshooting.
3. How we use it
- To run Slide Preach: your account, saving and showing your work, writing and drawing for you, and live rooms.
- To bill you, apply your plan's allowance, and prevent repeat free trials and other misuse.
- To answer you when you write to us, and to send emails about your account, such as verification, billing and important changes.
- To keep Slide Preach secure, fix problems and improve it.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use your sermons or studies to train any AI model.
4. Who else handles it
We use these service providers to run Slide Preach. Each receives only what it needs for its part, and its handling of that information is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
| Provider | What it does | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Google Firebase | Sign-in, database and file storage | Your email, your work, your plan records |
| Netlify | Hosts the website and its server functions | Requests to the site, including IP address |
| Stripe | Payments and billing | Your payment details, email and subscription |
| Anthropic | AI writing | The passages, notes, drafts and instructions sent for each piece of writing |
| OpenAI | AI pictures, and the narrator's voice for a video clip made on a phone | A text description of each picture to be drawn; the words of a video clip made on a phone, to be read aloud |
| bible-api.com | Bible text | The Bible reference looked up |
| Wikipedia | Portraits for studies of people from history | The person's name |
| Google Fonts, cdnjs, jsDelivr, Hugging Face | Load the app's fonts and code libraries, and the narrator's voice files for a video clip (downloaded once to your computer; the clip's words are read there and never sent) | Your IP address and browser information, as when loading any website |
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, the public or us, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
5. What others can see
- Your work is private to your account. Our database rules allow only you to read your sermons, studies and Library.
- Pictures and slides you save are stored at long, hard-to-guess web addresses so the app can show them quickly. Anyone who is given one of those addresses can open that picture.
- Live rooms can be seen by anyone with the room's code or link while they are open.
- Study links can be opened by anyone with the link, for as long as you keep the study. Write it again, edit it, or ask us to remove it, from the app.
- Conference and group plans: the organization's office can be told who has taken a place under its code (name or email and date). It is not given your content.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your account and work while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account and work within 30 days. We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, and copies may remain in backups for a short time before they are overwritten. Stripe keeps its own records under its own policy.
7. Your choices and rights
- You can see and change your work in the app at any time, and download your slides and documents.
- You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to slidepreach7@gmail.com from your account's email address. We will answer within 30 days.
- Residents of some states, such as California, have particular privacy rights, including to know, correct and delete their personal information. We honor these requests for everyone, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
8. Children
Accounts are for people 18 and over. Slide Preach can make studies for children's classes, but it is not meant to be used by children themselves, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Viewers in a live room are not asked for personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We protect your information with encrypted connections, sign-in checks on every server request, and database rules that limit each account to its own data. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will tell you as the law requires.
10. Where it is stored
Slide Preach is run from the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the United States and wherever our providers operate. If you use Slide Preach from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be handled there.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version and date at the top will change. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
